Suicide prevention is a community effort. Everyone can help spread the word that resources and support are available.
Responsibility. Veterans know a thing or two about responsibility— from saving lives, to serving in combat, to serving as reservists, to working as a team— to being University of Michigan students.
Don't believe the myth. Men who seek support from others are seen as "strong" and "to be admired" by their peers.
MiTalk offers you mental health resources like online screenings for depression and anxiety, skill-building tools to help you manage stress and academic life, and multimedia workshops, lectures, and amazing relaxation exercises to play or download.
MiTalk is designed and maintained by Counseling and Psychological Services at the University of Michigan.
