MiTalk (pronounced “My Talk”) is a mental health resource for all University of Michigan students.

Available 24/7-- you can access MiTalk on your computer, your smart phone or your tablet!

MiTalk offers mental health resources like online mental health screenings for depression and anxiety, skill-building tools to help you manage stress and academic life, multimedia workshops, and amazing relaxation exercises to play or download.

MiTalk connects you to others through Facebook and Twitter. Whether you need information about a community organization or the latest student mental health news, MiTalk provides direction so you can do something to help yourself, help a friend!!
