MiTalk offers mental health resources like online mental health screenings for depression and anxiety, skill-building tools to help you manage stress and academic life, multimedia workshops, and amazing relaxation exercises to play or download.
MiTalk connects you to others through Facebook and Twitter. Whether you need information about a community organization or the latest student mental health news, MiTalk provides direction so you can do something to help yourself, help a friend!!
Therapaws dogs will be at the Shapiro Undergraduate Library starting next week to help with study days! Interact with these great dogs and watch your stress go down!
